Will your products “fix” my pain?
Our products are designed to support better posture, reduce tension and make your body feel more comfortable. Many customers notice less stiffness and better sleep, but they’re not a medical treatment. If you have an injury or ongoing condition, we always recommend checking in with a health professional as well.
How long does it take to feel a difference?

Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take within AU?
We ship from within Australia and deliver Australia-wide. Most orders arrive within a few business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
What if my order arrives damaged or there’s an issue?
If something isn’t right, we fix it. Reach out to us with your order number and a brief description (plus photos if possible), and our support team will sort out a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. If your product isn’t a good fit, we’ll work with you on a return or exchange within our returns window, as long as it’s in a resellable condition. We’re here to help you find the option that actually works for you, not leave you stuck with something you don’t use.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to update your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your parcel hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to adjust details such as address, items or cancellation before it leaves our warehouse.
