Shipping policy
Free Standard Shipping — Australia-Wide
All orders placed on alignafit.com.au include free standard shipping to any Australian address. No minimum order value required.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 5 – 9 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Metro areas generally receive orders sooner than rural or remote areas.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery via the carrier's website.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. AlignaFit is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at hi@alignafit.com.au as soon as possible — we will do our best to update your details before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@alignafit.com.au within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, AlignaFit ships within 5-9 days.
