Two Ways to Wear It
The wrist brace has one adjustable strap — dial in as much or as little support as you want, and change it in seconds. No different braces to buy.
| Setting | How | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Light | Wrap on, strap firm but easy | All-day desk, mouse and keyboard work |
| Firm | Pull the strap tighter across the wrist | Lifting, gym, or a wrist that's flaring up |
| Either hand | Symmetrical — just flip it over | Left or right, whichever needs it today |
One size — a 33 cm Velcro wrap that adjusts to fit most adult wrists. It should feel supportive, never numb or pins-and-needles.

Eight Hours of Typing, and Your Wrist Knows It
Keyboard, mouse, phone, the odd heavy lift — your wrist does thousands of small movements a day and lets you know about it by evening. A rigid drugstore splint stops the ache by stopping your hand, which is no good when you still have work to do or a set to finish.
Support That Still Lets You Work
The AlignaFit wrist brace wraps firm wrist support and compression around the joint while leaving your fingers and thumb free to type, grip and lift. Dial it lighter for the desk, tighter for the gym, and take it off when you rest — support you'll actually keep wearing, not one that lives in a drawer.
What Makes It Different?
Adjustable Compression
One wrap strap, infinitely adjustable. Light for all-day desk wear, firm for the gym — you set it, and reset it, in a second.
Fits Either Hand
The design is symmetrical, so the same brace works on your left or right wrist. Nothing to choose at checkout, nothing to get wrong.
Breathable Mesh Panel
A ventilated panel sits over the back of the wrist so it stays cool through a full day or a workout, instead of getting hot and sweaty under the strap.
Slim, Not a Splint
A low-profile wrist support you can wear under a shirt cuff at a desk. It supports and compresses — it doesn't lock your hand rigid like a night splint.
Is It Right for You?
✓ Great if you:
- Type and mouse all day and feel it in your wrist by evening
- Want gym wrist support without wrapping tape every set
- Do repetitive hand work — trades, hairdressing, hospitality
- Want something you can wear and still use your hand normally
- Want one brace that fits either wrist and adjusts to the day
✕ Not for you if you:
- Need a rigid immobilising splint prescribed for a fracture or surgery
- Have been told to fully immobilise the wrist or thumb
- Have diagnosed carpal tunnel and want a hard night splint — talk to your GP first
- Want thumb-specific support — this braces the wrist, not the thumb
On in Ten Seconds
Slide Your Thumb Through
The loop goes over your thumb to anchor the wrist brace in the right spot on your wrist.
Wrap and Set the Strap
Bring the strap across the wrist and press it down. Firm and supportive, never so tight it tingles or goes numb.
Adjust On the Fly
Loosen it for typing, snug it up before a lift. Take it off when you're resting the wrist — it's made to go on and off all day.
Frequently Asked Questions
We're a Customer-First brand. If your question isn't here, reach out and our team will get back to you.
Which wrist does it fit?+
Either one. The brace is symmetrical, so the same unit works on your left or right wrist — just flip it over and slide your thumb through the loop.
There's only one version to buy, and it swaps between hands whenever you need. If you want to wear one on each wrist, order two.
How tight should it be?+
Firm and supportive, but never so tight that your fingers tingle, go numb, or change colour. You should be able to type, grip and move your hand normally with it on.
If you feel pins and needles, loosen the strap — that's a sign it's too tight, not that it's working. Support should feel reassuring, not restrictive.
Can I wear it all day at my desk?+
Yes — set lighter for all-day desk wear. The breathable mesh panel keeps it from getting sweaty, and it's slim enough to sit under a shirt cuff.
Most people wear it through the hours that load the wrist — typing, mousing, a workout — and take it off when resting. Give your wrist breaks rather than leaving it on around the clock.
Can I train and lift in it?+
Yes. Pull the strap tighter for firm support during lifting or gym work, then ease it off afterwards. It's designed to go from light to firm without swapping braces.
It supports the wrist under load — it doesn't change what your wrist can safely handle, so build weight the way you normally would.
Is this a carpal tunnel splint?+
Not a rigid one. This is an adjustable compression support that keeps your hand mobile — it's not a hard night splint that immobilises the wrist in a fixed position.
Plenty of people use it for everyday wrist strain and RSI-type aches from desk work. But if you've been diagnosed with carpal tunnel and told to use a rigid night splint, follow that advice and check with your GP first.
Will it fit my wrist size?+
One size — the 33 cm × 7 cm Velcro strap wraps to fit most adult wrists, small to large.
Because it wraps rather than slips on, it adjusts across the whole strap length. If you're at the very edge of adult sizing either way, the 30-day guarantee has you covered.
What's it made of, and can I wash it?+
Breathable neoprene — the same stretchy, cushioned material wetsuits are made from — with a mesh ventilation panel over the back of the wrist. Hand wash it in cool water with mild soap and air dry — skip the machine, the dryer and fabric softener.
Washing it now and then keeps the strap gripping and the panel breathable. Let it dry fully before wearing it again.
I've had a wrist injury or surgery — is this suitable?+
We can't advise on individual medical situations. This is a general compression support, not a prescribed or post-surgical brace, and it isn't designed to immobilise the joint.
If you're recovering from an injury or surgery, or you've been told to use a specific brace, check with your GP, physio or surgeon before using it.
What if it's not for me?+
You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Wear it for a week or two, and if it isn't right for you, contact us and we'll sort out a refund.
